Faced with threats with regards to coastal erosion and the rising sea level, the "LICCO" project aims to give to the French and British coastal communities lining the Channel the capacity to adapt to climate change and to improve public spaces and spaces.
Nine experimental sites are being studied in Normandy in France, in the Devon and Dorset in England.
