26 et 27 avril 2016 à BâleLe titre du congrès "sept territoires dans un même train" se réfère aux 5 cantons suisses concernés (Argovie, Bâle-Campagne, Bâle-Ville, Jura et Soleure) et aux partenaires du Baden-Württemberg ainsi que de la Région Alsace-Champagne-Ardenne-Lorraine. Le focus du congrès porte sur les liaisons transfrontalières dans l’espace trinational, sous l’angle tant de la mobilité des personnes que de la logistique des marchandises.
