On 2 December, the Committee of the Regions will hold a conference on "Governing a multilevel Europe".
The conference is organized by Peipsi Center for Transboundary Cooperation (as EUBORDERREGION consortium member) and the Centre for EU-Russia Studies at the University of Tartu. A Call for papers has been launched.
